To be enrolled with the Rcmatrimonials.com Site ("Site"), you must be a registered member of the Site (“Member”) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement").  Please do avail of our services (“Service”) and post your matrimonial details ("Content") for hosting after reading through our Service Agreement.  

To enroll with us, please go to the registration page, write down your details in foolscap paper or type and post the same to our corporate address along with the Cheque or Demand Draft payment.

 

1. Eligibility Criteria :

Eligibility: You must be a Roman Catholic of legal marriageable age or over as per the laws of the country and within the  limits specified on this website.

 

2. Membership Term :

The current Membership Fee is Rs. 500/- for gents and Rs. 400/- for ladies for one year's registration. However, you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by email notification to rcmatrimonials@gmail.com and our corporate staff would delist you. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. Rcmatrimonials.com may cancel membership for any reasons of callous misconduct on part of a Member.

 

3. Content Collation :

Since Rcmatrimonials.com is an internet based online Matrimonial service wherein Member details are posted in hardcopy for hosting online, Members are solely responsible for the Content of their personal information details they provide and we will not be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content arising therein due to faults or technical errors made by our Members. Text material that is sleazily explicit, or mildly advocating indecency in any way will either be doctored or deleted by our staff. Multiple profiles of the same person will not be accepted. Please avoid Hot-linking, setting HTML to refer to a site amounts to heavy bandwidth loss.

 

4. Member Disputes :

We trust that our Members, belonging to the good Catholic faith, will as good Catholics,  refrain from disputes arising thereof by email interactions with different members via our website.  You are solely responsible for your interactions with other fellow members and Rcmatrimonials.com reserves no right, nor obligation, to monitor disputes arising between you and other Members or visitors to the Rcmatrimonials.com website, whether online or offline.

 

5. Copyright Infringement :

Rcmatrimonials.com owns and retains proprietary rights over text, images, graphics and other proprietary information belonging to the website which are filed for Copyright ownership and trademark registration. Reproduction in the form of modification, copying or publishing part or parts of this website would affirm to Copyright Infringement of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 which will be seriously dealt with.
